Today, the SERG award-winning family of restaurants includes: Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta in Hilton Head and in Bluffton; One Hot Mama’s American Grill in Hilton Head and Bluffton; The Black Marlin Bayside Grill & Hurricane Bar; The Lodge; Skull Creek Boathouse; WiseGuys, Marley's Island Grille, Poseidon, Marleys Shrimp & Burger Shack, Skull Creek Dockside, Charbar Co., Holy Tequila and Whiskey Room. The constant in all of the restaurant concepts is the passion SERG shares for creating a memorable dining experience.
