Born in 1974, SERTRAM is a business group with a predominant vocation in real estate, specialized in office buildings with strong technological content, especially telecommunications. Since 1992 SERTRAM's business model is 100% oriented on infrastructures for technology and telecommunications. Today, SERTRAM is a referent in the sector. After 25 years working the business model with conviction and perseverance, the resulting outcome is a concentration of key enterprises, key service providers and a telecommunications and technology node in our facilities. SERTRAM Technology Complex is the set of buildings managed by SERTRAM, including the building SERTRAM I. A building that houses the nerve center neutral connectivity infrastructure and communications most important in Catalonia. This complex acts as a "market" of technology and telecommunications, and is specifically designed and developed to accommodate and concentrate "data-centers" and technology companies. The facilities of the SERTRAM Technological Complex act as a technology transfer center, putting in the same space three engines: innovation, large companies and entrepreneurs. Over time it has become a benchmark technology space, a space where converge the knowledge of the sector, where share ideas and resources, and where the large telecommunications companies and entrepreneurs grow together. Today SERTRAM manages under its property more than 30,000 m2 in buildings in the Technological Complex, hosting companies such as global leaders in technology, data centers, and a variety of companies with technological services with high added value.
