About Service Design Academy
Service Design Academy was launched in November 2017 at Dundee and Angus College. Our service design training and education programme has ranged from a half-day introduction to service design to the 6-month Professional Development Award in Service Design - the first Scottish Qualification Authority accredited course in Service Design at this level (SCQF 7) in the UK. Since 2017, Service Design Academy has delivered hundreds of courses and workshops to thousands of people, building skills and capacity for organisations to deliver better services. Service Design Academy shapes programmes to address strategic objectives, while developing skills to meet the growing need to transform effectively. We work with organisations across the UK including local authorities, NHS, financial services, national and community based charities. Our team are the first in Scotland to achieve Accredited Master Trainer and Accredited Trainer status from the global Service Design Network (SDN). Service Design Academy was the first to receive full organisational accreditation from SDN in July 2020.
