AD Services specialise in supporting young people and their companies to achieving a Modern Apprenticeship. We work with young people at their work station and build a portfolio to evidence the learning they have gained on the job; once they have enough evidence then we can put them forward to be awarded their apprenticeship, this takes from 1-3 years depending on the apprenticeship. The young people feel a real sense of achievement, an increase in their confidence and have a qualification which will benefit them and your business. When the young person (16-24 years of age) commits to the apprenticeship they are also committing themselves to your company which helps address issues that staff churn may be causing you. AD Services have expertise in delivering Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration and Management qualifications. We can deliver qualifications across Glasgow, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire and up to Bathgate. Its a personal service and you can be assured of the highest level of professionalism at all times.
