Drake brings over twelve years of restoration industry management experience to the franchise, and April uses her business administration acumen and background in customer service, marketing and finance to round out the team. “What I love most about my job being able to help people during their worst time.” Drake Haigh, Owner SERVPRO of Northwest Lake County is registered with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the nonprofit certifying body for the cleaning and restoration industry. They have the advanced training, specialized equipment, and experience to mitigate and restore any size loss to preloss condition.
