About SeTeL - Servizi Tecnici Logistici

SeTeL was founded in 1973. Our core is the Integrated Logistics Support Engineering (ILS). We provide services, consulting, applications and technologies that guarantee the highest level of operational availability (life cycle) of Complex Systems. Over the years SeTeL has carried out this activity on more than 120 Complex Systems in Aeronautics, Space, Naval, Railway, Information & Communication Technology, etc. sectors. Initially SeTel has approached the ILS scenario, supplying Technical Documentation (traditional and IETM) and Training (traditional, CBT and E-Learning) on technology systems for Defense field. Since the 1990s, SeTeL has begun a process of reconversion/transfer of its skills from the Defence to the Civil sector. SeTeL role as a provider of high-value-added services for innovative markets, has evolved with the technological development of these scenarios. Over the years, SeTeL has multiplied its skills, qualifying as a partner of large companies also in design/development of ILS solutions related to: • studies and analysis of reliability/maintainability/testability of Complex Systems; • training and technical training (traditional, CBT, E-learning); • technical documentation (traditional and IETM). Now, SeTeL is also an efficient interlocutor in areas such as: 1. development of projects funded for Research&Development, Industrial Research, Training and Communication cooperating with Universities, Research Centres and Enterprises; 2. establishing, starting and managing industrial clusters of SMEs in highly qualified settings, such as Aerospace and Aeronautical Maintenance. SeTeL has also designed, patented and developed a new-generation of amphibious robot vehicle, intended for Precision Agriculture and positioning systems, suitable as a platform for multiple applications, which is now the core activity of our R&D group.
