It takes a focus on established growth companies with proven business models, making strategic minority and majority acquisitions with a combination of cash and media investments. Our team consists of dedicated specialists to support partnering companies in terms of tech, HR, PR, marketing, financial steering, strategy development, buy-and-build and a lot more fields of knowledge. We have long-time experience in developing consumer-oriented, digital businesses with a proven track record of successful ProSiebenSat.1 investments such as ParshipMeet Group, Zalando, About You and many more. With a founder-focused approach and operational expertise as well as entrepreneurial spirit SevenGrowth masters the playbook of different investment strategies such as support of organic growth, consolidation through buy & built as well as entries of international companies into German speaking markets. We are capable of leading investments or co-investing alongside strong VC or PE partners and offer companies highly flexible, tailor-made deal structures to perfectly match their strategic growth goals. Within the current SevenGrowth portfolio of marktguru, wetter.com and the minority investment Urban Sports Club there is also an established set of majority shareholdings bundled in the NuCom Group, a joint company of ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic. These consumer internet brands encompass market leaders such as flaconi, Stylight, Jochen Schweizer mydays Group, Verivox, SilverTours and Aroundhome. In its Commerce & Ventures segment, ProSiebenSat.1 bundles all of the Group’s majority and minority investment areas. Besides SevenGrowth this also includes SevenVentures and SevenAccelerator.
