About Severn Arts
Severn Arts is a thriving charitable arts organisation, founded in June 2018 after operating for 50 years as part of Worcestershire County Council. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality music and arts experiences across Worcestershire, leading the Worcestershire Music Education Hub, funded by Arts Council England. Each week, we engage approximately 13,000 young people and 224 schools through music education in various settings. At Severn Arts, we are passionate about increasing access to the arts for all, particularly for children and young people. We strive to create inclusive, transformative arts activities that enrich the lives of our community. Commissioned by Worcestershire County Council, we provide the County Arts service, and we work with Worcester City Council to support community festivals. In partnership with Malvern Hills District Council and Reimagine Redditch, we help grow the creative sector, enhance engagement, and develop audiences.
