A natural gas utility provider--"We are more than a natural gas provider, we're your neighbor." The mission of S·C·U·D is to provide an economical and reliable source of natural gas to our customers in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. S·C·U·D was established in 1955. It is a nonprofit municipal corporation that provides natural gas to residents and businesses of Sevier County and areas of Blount County. We currently serve approximately 12,000 natural gas customers and those numbers are growing daily. It is S·C·U·D's policy to keep customers well informed about services and to explain them fully.
