Throughout my career, I've taken on various roles that have allowed me to manage complex tasks and provide high-level support across different industries. Most recently, I served as an Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Malta in Dublin. In this role, I was responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, managing consular services, and providing essential support to the diplomatic team. I handled sensitive tasks, such as processing visa, passport and citizenship applications, with a high level of accuracy and discretion. I have also gained significant experience in sales administration, where I supported business development teams, managed customer relationships, and maintained company websites. My work has always required excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. In addition to my professional experience, I’m committed to continuous learning and personal development to expand my skills and knowledge in areas that complement my career, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in my field. I’m fluent in Maltese, English, and Italian, and I pride myself on my strong communication and customer service skills.
