We have a background like few others that we transfer daily to the companies we collaborate with. HUMAN PERFORMANCE: As far as human performance is concerned, we have succeeded in creating a model, recognized internationally, which encompasses it, which measures it and allows us to enhance it. This is the S.F.E.R.A. MODEL! ANTIFRAGILITY: We are the first in the world to have developed, in collaboration with Giunti Psychometrics, the construct in the "application" field.
