About SGGC
Since its foundation in 2007, SGGC GmbH (former Schaumglas Global Consulting GmbH) has developed into a successful specialist provider for the development, project planning and implementation of complete solutions for foam glass production. Starting as a former operator of a foam glass gravel production plant, the company has become a supplier of turnkey production lines for foam glass production. Based on own batch plant and kiln technology, SGGC can develop and offer complex, interlinked solutions including recycling glass cleaning and glass milling technologies, specially tailored to customer needs and requirements. From the practical experience of a production company, operationally relevant experience has been incorporated into the solution concept. SGGC consists of an international team of engineers and technicians with a broad experience in raw material processing, plant engineering and realization and foam glass production. Together with our qualified and well-known system sub suppliers we realize international projects. SGGC have by the end of 2020 installed 13 foam glass production lines in Europe, USA and Russia. 7 more lines will be installed in 2021 for 3 different customers in USA, UK and Estonia. SGG Systems GmbH is a sister company to SGGC. The company was founded in 2020 by experts who have many years of experience from various industries. SGG Systems can supply complete engineering solutions for everything around bulk handling – not only for foam glass production lines. SGG Systems is your contact for planning, manufacturing, delivery, assembly, commissioning or service of systems handling bulky goods.
