Inspiration: Alex Osborne, Director at Shackleton Search, personally knows three families descended from crew members that joined Ernest Shackleton on his expeditions. Having researched and been inspired by their trips to the Antarctic we have named our Executive Search business after their fearless leader, Sir Ernest Shackleton. He understood the hunger for adventure in the hearts of men, when adversity struck he kept the team focused on their routine, put his own life on the line and never wavered from his commitment to a challenge. He embodies our company values and remains today a beacon for management, leadership and endurance. Our explorations set sail far and wide, from London to Copenhagen, New York to Dublin. We proactively map and traverse local markets, assess the best candidates and bring a selected handful to the interview table. Our candidate management process includes a detailed interview, presentation of resume, full briefings pre/post interview, expectation and offer management, post-placement care.
