With over 40 years of combined experience in global business services, our founders have played a pioneering role, from offshoring one of the very first UK customer service operation to South Africa, to leading one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing Business Process Outsourcing centres. We exist to turn the challenge of youth unemployment into opportunity by equipping young people with holistic skills development and access to meaningful, sustainable careers. At the same time, we solve critical business needs through our demand-led, outcomes-driven model, ensuring every pathway leads to permanent employment while helping companies strengthen customer experiences, retain talent, and build inclusive workplace cultures.
