About Shady Oak Lawn & Landscape

My name is Ted Halladay, and I am the founder of Shady Oak Lawn & Landscape and Washers. In 2005 I sold my technology based business and my family and I headed to Texas seeking a change in pace. My family and I moved to McKinney Texas from Las Vegas, NV, and although there are times when we miss the excitement of Vegas we truly enjoy life here in North Texas. We have enjoyed this area so much, and spoken so highly of North Texas that my family has also begun migrating here. In fact, my brother Aaron has moved here from Chico, California to join our team and live in this great area. Aaron has a background in construction, from building homes to installing pools and everything in between. His previous job in California, Aaron was operations manager of a custom pool company. Aaron’s background and knowledge adds great depth to our company. Owning my own business has taught me the importance of communication, the value of treating others with respect, and the meaning of trust. We want you to feel you can talk with us and ask questions, we want to earn your trust, and we want you to feel free to call us with any concerns (or compliments). We have enjoyed working with people here in North Texas, and providing exceptional lawn care and window cleaning service.
