Shalyce Tyson Enterprises is a hub for women to grow, achieve goals and glow from the inside out. This community of women is referred to as glow getters. Our mission is to provide engaging platforms, tools, resources and events that cater to both the personal and professional development of millennial women. Chief Glow Getter, Shalyce Tyson, has created a space and community for glow getters to feel seen, motivated and celebrated, as they live their lives and pursue their dreams. To that end, Shalyce is also the host of the Behind The Glow Podcast, which features candid and compelling conversations with ambitious yet self-care focused women, in hopes to inspire others to grow and glow, personally and professionally. Shalyce also keeps her community of glow getters motivated through her motivational apparel shop, Glow Gear, which currently features mantra hoodies, t-shirts, and accessories, and will be expanding to products that support women on their journey of growth. Additionally, the Shalyce Tyson brand also provides a variety of relatable and inspiring lifestyle and business content that helps Shalyce to connect and resonate with her community on a personal level. The brand also hosts impactful community events, such as Buy Black, Black Friday, which features black, woman owned businesses on Black Friday, and Women Celebrating Women, which gathers and spotlights glow getters during Women's History Month.
