WE ARE A SMALL FARM WITH A BIG HEART. Our Mantra is Grow, Nourish, Connect & we love to inspire through sustainable growing, real food & yoga. GROW~ We grow nutritious produce on our 12 acre sustainable farm located in Doonan, Sunshine Coast. NOURISH ~ We provide fresh local produce through our FarmBox Home Delivery service from Noosa to Caloundra along the Sunshine Coast. You can also find us at Kawana Waters Farmers Market every Saturday & Noosa Farmers Market every Sunday. CONNECT ~ We offer regular yoga classes, workshops, Women’s Circles & retreats in our beautiful Yoga Shala in the Heart of the Farm. Our vision is to encourage others to grow and live an inspired life by growing real food, nourishing our body & connecting through movement.
