Shamrock Holdings, in partnership with CB Two Architecture and Construction, has designed and built a regional network of facilities in Northern California, located in Modesto, Stockton, Antioch, Manteca, Elk Grove and Folsom. Shamrock Holdings partners with Artegan, a regional seniors housing management company, to market and manage the communities it develops and owns. This ongoing partnership between Shamrock Holdings, CB Two and Artegan is known as the Shamrock Alliance. The vision of the Shamrock Alliance is to create affordable communities that feel comfortable and residential, despite their scale. Past projects have targeted the 85+ market with a model that provides 76 assisted living units and 24 dementia care units in a two-story 80,000 sq. ft. building. Our current model targets the 75+ market with a range of independent living, assisted living, and dementia care units in a 140,000 sq. ft., three-story building located on an infill site. Our track record of successful projects is a direct result of our fully integrated team and our alignment of interests to create, build and manage elegant, state-of-the-art communities at a competitive cost.
