About us Shane Osteosarcoma Association (aka Verein Shane Osteosarkom) was founded in loving memory of Shane, a courageous boy who faced osteosarcoma with extraordinary strength and grace. Inspired by his legacy, we are committed to transforming heartbreak into hope for other children and families affected by this rare and aggressive bone cancer. Our mission We raise awareness, fund research and support families navigating the difficult path of childhood cancer - especially osteosarcoma. Our goal is to spark change where it’s most needed: better diagnostics, innovative treatments and more support for those who need it most.
