Shanghai International Institute of Design and Innovation (SIIDI) is established with the joint efforts of Shanghai municipal government and a five-university consortium led by Tongji University. SIIDI aims to help accelerate commercialization of academic research, achieve cross-disciplinary collaborations, and create innovative entrepreneurial projects.
