Low cost substitutes are continually being introduced into the market place – some are acceptable, some are not. We strive to find the products that are adequate to do the job. Not so cheap that they will present undue warranty problems, and yet not so much above grade that their cost makes our customers uncompetitive in the marketplace. While cost and quality are extremely important, we spend the vast majority of our time providing reliable service. We think the greatest disservice we could do to our customers is to run a slipshod, hit-or-miss business. If a vendor is not reliable, then the builder loses control of his jobs, his schedule and ultimately his profitability. We have organized ourselves to be able to offer the level of service where our customers can stay in control. It is the reason we have the great number of repeat customers that we do have. It is the reason that our reputation for reliability is the best in the area.
