Breathwork is an active meditation and a tool for major transformation where you need no prior experience. It is an effective and fun, slightly challenging, practice that will improve the health for your team and/or employees on a mental, physical, and emotional level. It takes 75-90 min, live or virtual via Zoom. The “why”of bringing Breathwork to your employees, is to release stress and anxiety, reduce the risk of burnout and mental illness, boost performance, manage emotions and increase productivity. You will notice a visible difference in your employees demeanor, enhance their creativity and also increase the cohesivity as a team. Breathwork enables us to actively change our physiology and rebalance our nervous system, and it has the backing of science and physical research behind the result of breathing. It can lower blood pressure, improve focus and concentration, and strengthen the immune system - resulting in less sick days and overall a healthier company in terms of employees, the employer branding and in the financial figures. On average, we take roughly 20,000 breaths per day, and we do this primarily as a subconscious effort. But the breath is not the only subconscious part of us. The majority of our mind works in the subconscious too. Neuroscience has shown that most of our decisions, actions, emotions and behaviour depend on the 95 percent of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness. And this particular style of Breathwork actually enables us to tap into the subconscious, and create possibilities for the release of blockages, and we do so in a safe, non-scary way.
