We know you're busy, that's why our workouts and award-winning nutrition programs are simple, fast and fun. Many of our members say the time they spend at Shapes is the highlight of their day! Who are we?: Shapes Fitness for Women is the region's premier women’s only fitness center operating 10 gyms throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota counties. Programs at Shapes are designed for guests of all levels, including those who have never stepped foot inside a traditional health club before. Shapes facilities offer 40+ group training classes per week, top of the line selectorized and free weight equipment, a full range of cardio equipment, as well as pools at many of our locations.
