As a specialist, niche boutique recruiter, we pride ourselves on our smaller status which translates to a better service and a lower fee for our clients. So why use us? - 8% introduction fee We don't charge you more. We simply charge a straightforward fee which, incidentally, is considerably cheaper than nearly every other recruitment agency. - Headhunting as standard We often headhunt for the senior or hard-to-fill roles for which we recruit - but the fee remains the same, 8%. Search and Selection agencies charge fees in the region of 30% to 40%. They may charge you upfront for research or even ask for a retainer. We don't. And we never will. - No placement, no payment Unlike so-called cheaper 'fixed-fee' recruitment agencies who charge their clients up-front regardless of whether or not they fulfil a specification, we only charge when the perfect candidate starts to work for you. - 100% rebate structure We want you to be completely satisfied and confident that we will find the ideal individual for any role. As such, we offer a straightforward 2 month 100% rebate as standard on all our placements.
