We are a CREST enabled registrar. Our focus is on providing a professional and personal service to clients, advisors, brokers and shareholders. All our issuer companies and their advisers have a dedicated client manager. These are backed up by a full compliment of experienced, well-trained staff. Being able to offer this personal touch is central to our business model. We are committed to maintaining a leading edge capability. Therefore, in addition to our loyal, professionally qualified and experienced staff, we invest significantly and continually in IT. This includes bespoke CREST integrated share registration software. Share Registrars was established in 2004 to fill a gap in the market for clients wanting a more personal service. This personal service, together with a highly professional approach has enabled the company to grow steadily to the stage where it now has well over 200 client companies. Share Registrars is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSP Secretaries, one of the largest UK firms of Chartered Secretaries, which provides company secretarial, payroll, accountancy support and other statutory services to in excess of 1000 companies. This connection enables Share Registrars to provide a full professional service and not just basic share registration. The managing director is Peter Ronayne ACA who is a chartered accountant with over 25 years commercial and share registration experience. Peter is supported by full contingent of other professionally qualified staff.
