Shared Horizons is a nonprofit organization created to administer a variety of special needs trusts in the capital region. Our mission is to help people with disabilities and their families access affordable Special Needs Trust options that protect benefits, provide goods and services, and preserves personal finances. We engage in a mutual learning process where information is fluid. We seek to understand the needs of our stakeholders and respond accordingly with a culture of: COMPASSION Appreciating each person’s perspective and lifestyle without judgment — with a genuine concern about their quality of life.
