•Important Notes & FAQs• Sorry, this is long but it answers some of the questions I get asked a lot, so I’m going to keep it pinned to the top of my page. First off, thank you to everyone that supports my small business, be it through your purchases, friend referrals, or those likes, comments, tags, and shares that help spread the word! ❤️ -We have a store on Etsy as well as a website. All orders can be placed on either location, if you have a question feel free to message me. Want something specific? We have a listing just for that as well. -Payment is required when your order is placed and before I will begin working on it. I’ve let that slide too many times because I’m nice and love what I do and forget that at the end of the day this is my business, and I’m the one that loses whenever someone decides to drop off the face of the planet once their order is done. 😬 Speaking of payment, I accept Venmo, PayPal, Facebook Pay, CashApp, Zelle, cash, and Etsy payment. -Our Christmas season starts ramping up toward the end of October, so be sure to get your holiday orders in sooner rather than later! The more time the better/easier for us to complete it in time for you. -Shipping is available on all our items! -Pretty much anything and everything we post can be customized however you want! Want to change the wording? Done. Want it a different color? Done. -Because everything is so customizable, we cannot accept returns nor refunds since that's time put for what we make.
