About SHARING of Middle TN
We are Sharing Help And Reassurance in Normal Grieving (SHARING) for those who’ve experienced pregnancy or infant loss in Middle TN. Losing a child is shattering. But unfortunately, the grief and loss felt by parents when a baby dies during pregnancy or the first few months of life is not understood or supported by society. Parents are often expected to just pick up the pieces and move on. That’s where SHARING helps! SHARING is run by parents who’ve been there and know better. We provide support and comfort to everyone who’s suffered pregnancy or infant loss. This includes parents, grandparents, siblings, other family members, and friends. We welcome everyone, regardless of your stage of grief! But our passion goes beyond helping people directly. We are seeking to normalize conversations surrounding grief over a lost baby - for everyone. So we advocate and raise awareness about the unique journeys and needs of those who’ve endured the loss of a baby. No matter who you are - you’ve been affected by pregnancy or infant loss in some way! Please reach out to us if you’ve experienced the loss of a baby!
