About Sharjah Business Women Council
For almost two decades, the Sharjah Business Women Council (SBWC) has been supporting businesswomen at different stages of their business careers. Through a holistic sustainable approach, SBWC offers expertise and guidance covering all aspects of a business venture. Set up in 2002 under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohamed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, and Patron of Sharjah Business Women Council, SBWC has now over 2,000 members from different fields, from the UAE and across the world, including Britain, Brazil and Kuwait. It has been empowering potential and existing female entrepreneurs and businesswomen to establish and realize their ambitions in both traditional and non-traditional sectors in the UAE.
