We provide the following services: LONG-TERM CARE: Sharon Lane Health Services’ Long-Term Care Community offers the highest quality rehabilitative and nursing care. Our staff of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists assist residents to improve flexibility, range of motion, ambulation, balancing, coordination and improvement in activities of daily living. REHAB SUITES: Rehab Suites, our 16-bed Rehabilitation Community, is designed for individuals who have been discharged from the hospital but require additional skilled nursing or rehabilitation before they return home. In this community residents, enjoy private baths with a shower, and individual phones and televisions are provided in each room. A fireplace enhances the family room with a dining area that is available for private family gatherings. SPECIAL CARE: Our Special Care Community, designed with individuals that are managing aggressive cognitive deficits either from Alzheimer’s or Late-Stage Dementia, creates a calm and secure environment where quality of life and dignity are a high priority. In addition to a secure, outdoor courtyard, residents will work with a care specialist that will provide therapeutic activities for the residents to enjoy. RESPITE CARE: At Sharon Lane Health Services, we understand first hand the challenges and joys that caregivers come to experience when caring for a loved one. We want to extend a helping hand! With our Respite Care Program, caregivers can take that much needed vacation to rejuvenate physically, mentally, and spiritually, while their loved one becomes a part of our extended family during their stay with us. HOSPICE CARE: Available as needed for families that are dealing with loved ones managing end of life medical needs.
