Sharp Focus Creative Academy is a hands-on training program that specializes in creating short-form commercial advertisements and promotional media for national corporations and local businesses in the greater Los Angeles area. The intensive 10-week program is divided into the 3 distinct production phases, offering hands-on training in pre-production, principle photography, and post-production for students who are eager to develop, shoot, and edit creative content for real-world clients. This process allows them to get a better sense of how their talents can thrive in the constantly evolving entertainment industry. Each program is limited to a maximum of 8 students, which provides individual attention to every crew position, not only in class, but also on set. Upon completion of the program, students will have worked together to create a promotional video for an actual client that can be credited on their resumes. In fact, the more proactive and hard-working students will be recommended and potentially hired for future paid gigs at various production companies in our extensive network.
