Sharper Consultancy provides services for business school accreditations and projects. Over twenty years’ experience of building relationships with partners, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors, working across the public and private sector, I am now applying these skills as a freelancer. I am passionate about: - Building relationships; for me this is the key to getting things done and loving what you do - Supporting business schools with their accreditation strategy and individual accreditation journey SERVICES: - Advising and consulting about accreditations and projects and building solutions through partnerships, collaboration, and engagement - Supporting and mentoring professional services colleagues, especially those new to managing accreditations - Working with schools to deliver school-wide and programme-related accreditations including AACSB, EFMD Accredited Programmes, Small Business Charter, PRME (Principles of Responsible Business Management), and Athena Swan - Supporting teams to resource plan and effectively deliver against the standards and criteria of multiple accrediting bodies - Process design and implementation, including Quality Assurance processes - Supporting accreditation system procurement and implementation - Drafting and reviewing accreditation documentation
