We are dedicated to improving the relationship between horses and their humans. Founder, Shawna Karrasch honed her animal training skills for 10 years at Sea World. Taking the proven techniques(commonly referred to as clicker training) from whales and dolphins to horses in 1994. Since that time she has helped both olympic medalists as well as backyard enthusiasts to improve their partnership, performance as well as to solve problems. On Target Training offers products and services for the equine enthusiast of every level. On Target Training and the need for more people teaching about the science of behavior and learning theory and how to utilize positive reinforcement with horses. We have created a safe, user friendly learning environment and community.
