Over time, our focus has grown to support all women facing inequality in the labour market—cis and trans women alike, including single mothers, newcomers, jobseekers, and women ready to rise. We connect this talent with companies ready to lead with purpose. Whether it's inclusive hiring, DEI training, or leadership development, we support teams in building cultures where everyone can contribute and grow. Our work is grounded in one belief: when women thrive, workplaces—and the economy—become stronger. That belief lives through two branches of our work: Through She Matters B.V., we partner with companies to build diverse leadership pipelines and inclusive teams—offering recruitment, DEI consulting, and leadership development. Through the She Matters Foundation, we provide mentorship, career development, and community support to women with a refugee background.
