In a world where one in two girls drops out of sport by age 14, and only 20% of women feel confident in fitness spaces, inclusive communities like She Strides are essential. We exist to reclaim movement, to make it joyful, safe, and empowering — and to ensure that every woman has the space, the tools, and the support to feel strong, connected, and seen. At She Strides, we’re more than a movement group — we’re a growing community rooted in empowerment, well-being, and sisterhood. Each She Strides club is a space where women come together to move with purpose, connect with confidence, and grow stronger — in body, mind, and community.
