Shea-Lynn's Butterfly Effect (SBE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing driver and passenger safety by increasing seat belt compliance. It was founded by Brenda McGaw in memory of her daughter, Shea-Lynn, a vibrant 16-year-old whose life was tragically cut short in a car crash in 2021. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement we empower drivers and passengers to take an active role in adopting and promoting safe driving behaviours, reducing injuries and preventable tragedies on the road.
