Women deserve better and at Sheela, we believe a healthy connection to your body is a pretty good place to start. We're focusing on pelvic floor issues because up to 80% of women may experience symptoms of pelvic floor issues including leaks, pain, incontinence or prolapse at some point in their lives and yet these issues still aren't discussed. We’re on a mission to let women know that there are ways to prevent, manage and treat pelvic floor issues at every age. Did you know that incontinence is not a natural part of ageing?
