The pioneering green and sustainable events venue at Sheepdrove Organic Farm was opened by HRH Prince of Wales in 2004. Eco-friendly and sustainable features at Sheepdrove include - Operationally net zero carbon building with all electricity used from renewable sources Two 5kw wind turbines (installed 2012) on farm generate wind energy 900 solar panels on barns and sheds generate 210kW solar power Ground source heat pump harvests heat from the earth to power the central heating and cooling systems Reed bed system purifies waste water Timber frame green building using recycled and natural materials and finishes Surrounded by fields and woodlands, Sheepdrove combines beautiful surroundings with high standard and flexible facilities within easy reach of the M4 and London. A choice of unique rooms and epic, inspiring interior and exterior spaces deliver a versatile location that lends itself to all kinds of corporate and private events, including conferences, presentations, training days, product launches, exhibitions, music recitals, corporate retreats, private dining, vehicle demonstrations and much more. With multiple spaces of size, stunning outside areas and onsite and local accommodation, Sheepdrove is an ideal setting for events across consecutive days. Sheepdrove is also home to a 2,000 acre award-winning, family-run, mixed organic and regenerative farm which is Soil Association certified. The farm is renowned for its exceptional conservation work and habitat creation for birds and other wildlife, including a rewilding project. Our beautiful natural burial woodland offers a peaceful setting for a green funeral. Sustainable weddings take place in our licensed ceremony rooms and at our tipi wedding meadow. Eco-friendly farm stays are available in a renovated farm building and a secluded off-grid lakeside boat house.
