SHEFFIELD BUILDING SERVICES, LLC is a commercial facilities services company located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In 1989, Robert "Bob" Coleman established Sheffield Building Services which has been serving the Greater Harrisburg Area for over 30+ years. Having earned his Masters in Marketing from Penn State University, Bob was looking to create his own niche. After working for several major corporations, he realized the opportunity to offer a customized cleaning service, in place of the one-size-fits-all that was being offered at the time. In doing so, he founded a quality janitorial and building maintenance service, while maintaining a very competitive price structure. Priding ourselves in being able to customize a cleaning schedule to fit your physical office needs, we are also able to formulate a scope of work that is very economical and cost effective. Bob also choose to keep the key management among family - preforming the day to day operations. This combination of quality services, fair market value and optimal customer services has continued to forge ahead. Currently SBS has grown beyond the grasp for Bob to manage on his own. While assuming the position of CEO/CFO, he has assigned a majority of the management to his son, @Steve Coleman, Operations Manager and Tina Hulshart, Business Manager. With this solid management team, SBS continues to expand at a healthy rate and expects to maintain this pace into the future. While initially offering general janitorial maintenance and cleaning, SBS has added several additional services over the years. Sheffield will customize a service from; Once/month to 5 Days/week to 24-7 operations. No client is too small nor too large. Additional services have come to include; carpet, VCT, tile and grout cleaning. Servicing of commercial office space, apartment flips, post construction clean up, porter services, show ready - empty warehouse/office facilities, secure job sites (Fed/State Security Clearances), etc.
