Rehabilitation Services Shelby provides a spacious rehabilitation gym for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our enthusiastic therapy team will complete assessments and provide therapy 7 days a week. Together we will determine your individual goals to promote a strong and safe recovery to home. Specialized programs include, but not limited to: orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, post stroke and post-surgical recovery. Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Our skilled nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing a high level of quality nursing care. Our goal is for you to have peace of mind and receive the exceptional care you require. Some of the skilled nursing services include, but not limited to: IV therapy, pain management, wound care (including wound vacs), respiratory services (including trach care), peritoneal dialysis, feeding tube, chest drainage systems, palliative care coordination, and assistance with daily personal care.
