Shellbess Services are a specialist provider of Contract Administration and Employment Structures worldwide, particularly in Europe. We are able to provide a reliable, fully compliant system of overseas postings to both Contractors and the Suppliers or End user Clients. We deal with both Employees and Freelancers, particularly in the technology sector, with each appointment being dealt with on an individual tailor-made basis to ensure the most tax advantageous system is found. All issues are discussed transparently with the Contractor so that they have a full understanding of the host country laws, their potential earnings and are able to make fully informed decisions on information and options available. To assist us in achieving this we have over the life of the Company made a vast investment building up an International association of Tax advisors and Payroll firms and forming relationships with them to ensure we are kept abreast of the latest changes in Tax legislation and rates. This has been achieved and maintained by our willingness to attend meetings in the various Countries, a system that we also provide to our Individual Clients.
