The Shenandoah Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America is one of the largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations in our community. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness. The Shenandoah Area Council serves youth in a 9 county area that includes Morgan, Berekley and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia as well as Frederick, Clarke, Shenandoah, Warren, Page, and Rappahannock Counties in Virginia.
