About SheRACES

SheRACES exists to level the starting line At SheRACES, we are committed to creating equitable and inclusive racing events that empower every athlete. Our mission is to level the starting line by providing race directors with guidelines to ensure their events are welcoming, diverse, and accessible to all participants. A large part of what we do is providing guidance and advice to sponsors, brands, athletes and individual races on what they can do to ensure more women are included on race start lines such as advisory services, creating guidelines, resources for brands, races and individuals and working with women who have faced difficulties with races. We also undertake detailed research and insight work to help us, and those we work with, to understand the barriers and obstacles that women face when it comes to participating in races. From this, we can provide detailed statistics and data to drive forward change. SheRACES offers unique opportunities for corporate partnerships, brand advisory, and corporate engagement. We are open to collaborations with brands that share our vision of inclusivity and equality in sport. Together, we can create better events, build stronger communities, and level the start line.
