Newly Renovated top to bottom in Fall, 2018. Full-service Marriott branded hotel in the Greater Des Moines Metro suburb of West Des Moines. Second largest hotel in the metro area with our combination of sleeping rooms (285) and on-site event space (22,000 sq. ft.). Only the Downtown Des Moines Marriott is larger. Flexible meeting space for up to 1,200 ppl (Theater Style) with capability for 12 breakout rooms. Single largest space is our 12,000 sq. ft. ballroom (which can be broken down to 8 of our 12 possible breakout rooms). Only 2 minutes from major Interstate exits off of I-80/I-35 and I-235. Easy access and parking as compared to downtown hotels is a big selling point. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Des Moines. Flat surface parking lot with 530 spaces, which is perfect all large size vehicles, demos, displays. Beautiful M Club Lounge on 10th Floor open Sunday evenings through Friday Noon for our platinum members, and for anyone wishing to upgrade ($30). Club Lounge offers free, hot breakfast each morning, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day. Club Lounge is closed Friday night thru Sunday afternoon.
