Sheridan Construction Began as Chris R. Sheridan & Co., a family owned business in 1947. We now are owned by the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We provide a complete range of commercial and industrial construction services within the State of Georgia. Negotiated work represents 85% of our volume, most of which is with repeat customers. The firm's principals are registered Engineers, and a significant portion of our work is design-build projects. Sheridan Construction has done all types of work, including new and renovation work for educational, financial, medical, religious, retail, wholesale, and industrial clients.
