In a real estate world dominated by REIT’s and National Companies we remain a family owned business. The Sherman Group has owned commercial buildings in Minneapolis since 1991 focusing on the Warehouse District and the North Loop. Being independent we understand the financial issues facing start-ups and small businesses when starting or expanding their office as well as those established ones that are looking to grow but unsure of the future. We recognize and respect those who take on that challenge and work very hard to find flexible solutions that share the risk. We know that the way to retain our existing tenants and gain new ones is to put an emphasis on customer service, be helpful and respond quickly when problems arise.
