About Sherpa Event Support & Logistics

Sherpa is part of the 'At Your Service' group, London's premier event staffing company. Formed in 2005 to support Bamboo (AYS's cocktail connoisseurs and creators, and brand animation specialists) in a logistical back of house capacity. This naturally led to the development of close relationships with AYS's catering client portfolio. Sherpa has since branched out into providing support to event production, marquee and hire companies, as well as running logistics at some of the UK's biggest festivals and venues. We have crew chiefs, drivers and porters, but most importantly the right people to help you in whatever capacity you may require. We look for character and attitude first and foremost, people that we would want to work alongside, and share a beer with after the hard work is done. Our new staff are mentored on-site by our veteran Sherpa's to help teach them the tricks of the trade, and bring them into the Sherpa family. We desire respect and confidence from our clients, and our work rate and quality take us there, along with the fact we are good humoured guys that know there is always a space for a smile while we work. We always walk away from the job with our head held high, knowing we did the best job that we possibly could. That is the greatest feeling, and one that we desire in everything we do, as Sherpa's and as human beings.
