We're a family-owned business that's grown to a team of 60, with two sites in Auckland and an office in Christchurch. We supply a wide range of specialty ingredients including flavours, antimicrobials, cocoa powder, dehydrated vegetables, fibres, hydrocolloids, starches, phosphates, proteins and sweeteners – as well as bespoke premix solutions.
