Shield associates provide safety, security and protection services to protect what you value most. We offer discreet and confidential security consultancy, comprehensive risk assessments, bespoke training solutions, effective protection services, event management and planning. We specialise in helping companies and businesses build and maintain a security culture, raising awareness of security issues and testing security infrastructure and physical security measures. We are able to deploy our associates to undertake physical penetration testing of offices, buildings, sporting arenas, schools and colleges. We also provide specialist support by way of detailed security audits of venues/buildings as well as developing lockdown, invacuation and shelter-in-place policies as well as providing training and testing for managers and staff. Shield Associates offer specialist licensing support and protection services to the night-time economy. We members of the Institute of Licensing and provide independent expert impact and risk assessments, training and consultancy, especially for those venues in cumulative impact zones or special priority areas. We also attend licensing hearings as independent expert witnesses in support of the licensing objectives. We have a comprehensive training portfolio specialising in personal safety training, ranging from conflict management to high level physical intervention, restraint, use of force and medical implications. Our instructors are trained self-defence practitioners, members of the Institute of Conflict Management and DBS checked to the enhanced level. Our courses are suitable for most ages and fitness levels, each designed for the user’s needs and certificated by ‘Continuing Professional Development’ (CPD).
