About Shields & Stripes
We provide a 3-month, whole-person optimization program that helps Veterans and First Responders heal from physical and mental trauma. Our program is offered at no cost to participants and is fully supported by donations. The program includes one month of in-person treatment at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, or Gulf Breeze, FL, followed by two months of telehealth care to continue supporting our service athletes as they transition back to daily life. Our program utilities a variety of modalities including: Strength & Conditioning Dietitian Consultation On-Site Meals Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Individual Psychotherapy Massage Therapy Group Therapy for Veterans & First Responders Yoga Hot/Cold Therapy Peer Mentorship Neurocognitive Therapy Sleep Hygiene Physical Training Our telehealth care ensures that the progress made during in-person treatment is reinforced, providing long-term improvements in quality of life and relationships.
